Jessica spoke of her involvement with the programmes and efforts of the early 2000’s to roll out internet and information access to locations across the USA using public libraries.

During her talk she spoke about the challenges of working with tribal cultures and technical connectivity.

A number of success stories were aired and learning experiences shared with the attentive audience.
