Andrew is a lecturer at the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand based in the Information Science department.

I came across these slides from a recent presentation he gave at IR10 conference in Milwaukee, USA via Twitter.

Andrew raises some interesting thoughts in his presentation and had me thinking about Twitter in a new way.
