Jackson brings down the internet
For several hours as folks first strove to hear the news of Jackson’s death then reacted to it by posting, blogging etc. the Internet slowed significantly.
Sites like TMZ.COM and the LA Times fielded massive increases in the number of hits and slowed to a halt.
